Gracelynn manages A&R’s office administration, human resources, payroll, and accounting, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She keeps daily business organized while supporting employees, vendors, and the leadership team.

Brianna coordinates project schedules and communication between clients, vendors, and field crews. She also leads A&R’s marketing, manages social media, and captures jobsite photos that showcase the team’s work and project progress.

Trenton leads estimating and supports project management, working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers. He helps turn project plans into clear scopes and competitive proposals while coordinating the details needed for successful execution.
