Greenway Reserve Neighborhood

A&R Development Group successfully completed the site development work for Greenway Reserve, a 55-home residential community located in Ocala, Florida. This project involved several essential phases of site preparation and infrastructure development, providing the groundwork needed to support the neighborhood's residential construction.

Our scope of work included underground utility installation, mass grading, limerock base preparation, and paving. Each phase played an important role in preparing the property for future homes, roadways, and supporting infrastructure. From establishing proper site elevations through mass grading to installing underground utilities and preparing durable roadway surfaces, our team coordinated each stage to keep the project moving efficiently.

One of the project's most significant accomplishments was completing all contracted sitework two months ahead of schedule. Through effective project management, careful coordination, and experienced field crews, A&R Development Group delivered the completed work while maintaining our commitment to quality and dependable construction practices.
