Vendors interested in working with Benmar can apply by submitting essential documentation, including liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and a W-9, helping ensure every partnership meets the company’s standards and requirements. To keep invoice processing efficient, Benmar asks vendors to include the job name and job address on each invoice and submit it through the designated email or online form. This process reflects Benmar’s commitment to professionalism, clear communication, and building dependable relationships with trusted trade partners.

To be added onto our list and to process your invoices in a timely manner, we must have the following documents:

Benmar Construction, LLC will need to be listed as the Certificate Holder for your Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Your Liability Insurance will also need to list Benmar Construction, LLC as Additionally Insured. Our company name and address are listed below:
